Where can I read your Service Level Agreement (SLA) policy?

How does your Service Desk works?
While you have access to our support channels and monthly maintenance services, each support ticket is billed individually according to our established SLA levels.
When do you charge the 5% commission on cloud services?
The 5% commission on cloud services is applicable only when we are fully managing your cloud infrastructure. This includes tasks such as setting up, maintaining, and optimizing your cloud environment. However, if you already have a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) or a cloud provider in place and are only looking for monitoring and support services from us, we will not charge this 5% commission. Our aim is to provide flexible and fair pricing based on the level of service and management you require.
I need to migrate my current corporate email, could you help me with that?
If you need to migrate your existing corporate email, we can assist you. We'll provide a customized quote for this one-time migration service based on your specific requirements.
I lost access to my domain and website hosting, could you help me with that?
In the event that you lose access or control of your domain and website, our team will work with you to attempt recovery or offer alternative solutions if recovery is not feasible.
